@Sovereign@nicecrew.digital 2022 so out of date. Ukraine has had $182 billion in aid since 2021. That would put it in the #3 spot. The whole nature of this aid is suspect, most of it is allow countries to "buy" US weapons and any that heads directly to the country in question seems to find the corruption. To me it looks like another part of the ponzi scheme to prop up the dollar.
