Slowly reading the book "Build a Large Language Model (From Scratch)" from Sebastian Raschka, so I can understand better how all these LLMs work and to be able to not like them with proper knowledge. After a few chapters I confirmed that what we call AI is just a bunch of operations in mathematical vectors, so there is no "learning" there. Keep the reading and maybe in some chapters later I will have a different opinion.
So Discord will require a face scan (processed by - no surprise - an AI to check your age) or a photo of your ID to allow you to access it (apparently only servers with "adult content").
And we still have open source projects and communities that only communicate there.

A PyConDE vai ter um dia de sprints ANTES da conferência principal, diferente do que costuma acontecer na @pythonbrasil@pynews.com.br e outros eventos Python que participei. Eu tenho impressão de que faz bem mais sentido ser assim, para que as pessoas cheguem um dia antes, descansadas e consigam contribuir e interagir de verdade, ao invés de fazer elas ficarem após o evento, já cansadas de tanta interação social e atividades do evento principal.
Anyone knows an alternative library (with active development) for django-storages? Despite being suggested everywhere, its development is quite slow with too many open PRs and the maintainer is not being responsive.
Looking for a calendar application for my mobile. Free software (preferably), but I don't care to pay for the app (single payment, not subscription). Anyone have some suggestions?
