@ramsey@phpc.social I feel like proper project governance needs to exist before working groups. Working groups are intended to be temporary and goal based, and the must report back to the authority that created them. PHP has a vacuum of authority problem is must first address IMO
But, that said, any step away from chaos is good 😅

An RFC vote can create a working group, and give them the power to address X (website design, social media, etc), but who checks their progress and ensures their efforts are not to the detriment of PHP? They need to report to some kind of authority...
