@Veza85UE@eupolicy.social @energisch_@troet.cafe And 3, most don't have memories of WW2 and it's aftermath, directly or indirectly by their parents, creating a carefree society without much understanding of human nature, danger and difficulty. It isn't nostalgia, it's my personal opinion that common sense, prudence, introspection, and patience are as short as the news cycle, if not completely absent from public life.

The current lack of a common project, with most seeking political survival and national interests, speaks poorly about our current leaders, some of which will enjoy a tenure far shorter than their suggested budgetary cuts.
