Beautiful day to sit outside and mess around. I didn’t successfully make any FT8 contacts, but I picked up signals from as far away as Romania, and mine were picked up in the Bahamas. KD3BHE FN10.

The first stinkbug of spring is buzzing around the room. The cats are fascinated, at least until/unless they catch it. I will try to dispose of it before that happens.

@platypus@glammr.us I found a video on how to connect transceiver to phone for FT8, which is also pretty cool.

@platypus@glammr.us right? so cool! Even if I couldn’t actually make any contacts, I know that transmitting and receiving work. (I don’t think there were enough people within my effective radius.) I’m gonna be so ready for POTA!
