New webpage: European University Alliances in OERSI
This webpage shows how many European alliances are represented in OERSI at the alliance, country, and university level. The results show that almost all alliances have some representation in OERSI, and there's still room for greater participation at the university level.
Take a look: https://tibhannover.gitlab.io/oer/university-alliances-in-oersi/
We connected #OER from the Institutional Repository of the Rey Juan Carlos University https://oersi.org/resources/?provider=%5B%22URJC%22%5D
Only resources that we can assign to a subject are listed in OERSI.
BURJC Digital, the University's Institutional Open Archive, aims to collect digital documents produced by Rey Juan Carlos University to support research, teaching, and learning, in order to make them available as openly licensed documents.
The #OER Textbook Collection from @Thoth_metadata@hcommons.social is now indexed into #OERSI: https://oersi.org/pages/de/blog/2025/09/16/thoth/
The collection currently consists of 93 OER Textbooks and every new open textbook that is added to Thoth will automatically be indexed by OERSI too:

Thanks to everybody for boosting our first fedi post from 2022 and a warm welcome to our new followers!
If you want to know more about #OERSI, we just published a post on the occasion of the 5th anniversary: https://oersi.org/pages/en/blog/2025/10/29/oersi-anniversary-five-years-of-open-infrastructure-for-oer-discovery/
@hugh@ausglam.space @Griffey@mastodon.social OK. We are currently harvesting Pressbooks via their API, see https://oersi.org/pages/en/blog/2023/11/02/pressbook-directory/ As OERSI includes Pressbooks, you could already get the MARC records from OERSI.
Generally, OERSI allows different filters, e.g. by subject, provider or language. We should probably document at some point how to create a MARC file for any desired OERSI subset. (The transformation code OERSI->MARC is at https://gitlab.com/oersi/oersi-marc/-/blob/main/README.md)
We added 39 #OER from HISTOCAT to #OERSI: https://oersi.org/resources/?provider=%5B%22Histocat%22%5D
Operated by the University of Trier and launched by the project NFDI4Memory, the repository collects #OER about data skills in history-related disciplines.

FH St. Pölten,
FH Kärnten,
KPH Wien/Niederösterreich
The #OER repository of the Université catholique de Louvain is now indexed in #OERSI: https://oersi.org/resources/?provider=%5B%22Universit%C3%A9+catholique+de+Louvain+OER+repository%22%5D
It is an institutional repository that contains various types of mainly French-language learning resources from a variety of subjects.
There are now approximately 800 textbooks and ancillary materials from GALILEO Open Learning Materials available in #OERSI https://oersi.org/resources/?provider=%5B%22GALILEO+Open+Learning+Materials%22%5D
GALILEO Open Learning Materials brings together #OER throughout the University System of Georgia, United States of America - see https://oer.galileo.usg.edu/
@hugh@ausglam.space Thanks for your pointer to https://oercollective.caul.edu.au! We now have a ticket for adding the OER Collective's catalog to OERSI: https://gitlab.com/oersi/oersi-etl/-/issues/356
Can you point us to an interface where we can fetch the metadata? Or do you know who is the best contact person for answering questions re. harvesting the metadata?
