@Jeremiah : how long are you in Lyon for ?

• be careful : all public transport are completely stopped on the 1st of May (labour day) Weather is expected to be nice, you can use velo'v (city bike network : https://velov.grandlyon.com/) Walking around :
• take the funiculaire to Fourvière and embrace the view on the city
• walk down the park to the view Lyon area
• walk along the city hall and the opera
• take a bike and have a tour in Parc de la tête d'or

@Jeremiah bike along the Rhône and after 5pm, try to find a table at one of the terrasse in front of a péniche (half of Lyon will be there enjoying the sun)

• check Bellecour square and hôtel Dieu. Enjoy an expensive cafe at the "Dome".
• you can also go to the confluence museum. I like to just go for free at the top floor for the view.
• if you have time, hike in the Mont d'or
