Mac keyboards prior to ADB (SE/II) didn't even have an Escape key. @younata@hachyderm.io It's not supposed to be used with your finger, just with the stylus. I do sometimes forget when I come back to my Newton! Also keyboards were a thing (either using your computer as a keyboard, or attaching one with a dongle).
