Setting up niri + DMS, fingers crossed. The unlimited scrolling is the big appeal, as I'm running out of workspaces, having to bundle 3-4 apps in a stacked layout in one workspace, not too handy. niri should solve all that, but during my last run, the config was pretty minimal, resulting in an underwhelming experience. I discovered DMS the other day, which should make niri nice and fully configured. 🤞 #niri #nixos #linux #tilingwm

@siina@social.criminallycute.fi LogSeq user here. I use it as a bullet journal, so not LogSeq-specific. I found this site helpful when starting out: EDIT: link removed that site was not at all what it used to be. This is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fm15cmYU0IM

@jay@social.zerojay.com yesss found it! Silly of me not to look in the dank bar settings. Very intuitive, so easy to set up. Thanks!

@jay@social.zerojay.com WOW, hadn't even seen those, besides the few default ones shown in the settings. Oh my goodness, this will be fun to try these out this weekend 🥳 Any particular ones you can recommend?

@SecureOwl@infosec.exchange "Doctor needed in Slack Tongue clinic" is still ringing in my head up to this day.

Next up in the #selfhosting journey: gemini to host a small personal website in a small corner of the internet. Seems ideal.

Let's see if we can squeeze that in, in the few hours left today.

niri + DMS are still my main setup. No downsides yet. Haven't run out of window space once 😀

That Clarence Darrow quote will be popular again today.

As the amount of fellow Belgians grow in my feed, I'm facing the dreaded question again: To alienate followers by using 2 languages in this account, or just create a new account for the other language?

39 days until the move to #Ghent Just ordered the network gear to unlock VLANs there. Fingers crossed 😅

@jay@social.zerojay.com thanks, will check those out! I tried a docker plugin but i didn't see it appear in the bar, even after restart so I'll have to look into that. Could just be my incorrect expectation of where it is shown.
