Nolan’s next big challenge should be to make a film with predominantly female protagonists (and dead wives don’t count). I love his films but they are all sausage parties without exception! I know this will show me up as not being well read but the amount of times I was like Leo Pointing At The Screen GIF during The Odyssey was probably too many. For example, the little TSG Entertainment animation at the start of their films is depicting Odysseus shooting an arrow through 12 axes.
