After watching some TV shows I realized there is one group in US that actually uses sane measurement system - drug dealers. On the other hand, no one seems surprised either and doesnt ask "wtf do you mean by 3 kilos of heroine, how much is it in pounds"

The airplane ticket buying 'experience' is so terrible these days I'm always tempted to just give up halfway through. 10 steps and each one means trying to extort money for something that should be free.

@dotstdy@mastodon.social @GDCPresoReviews@mastodon.gamedev.place welll.... the problem is for your own streaming/loading code, you can optimize the crap out of it, but compiling PSO is driver's job and on cold cache it might take seconds and there is not much you can do. it does not need to stutter, but you need "something" to cover that
