Mniejszość

Hey. My name is Bo and I'm a singer and musician, trying to find my voice somewhere between #alternativemetal and #alternativepop. Here's my first single 'Omens': https://ffm.to/mniejszosc-omens

Hey. So, I wasn't really active on Mastodon lately. I'm actually not sure if we belong here ;) but if you care about seeing my music here then please let me know.
Mniejszość is a full band now and we recently released a fierce anthem against misogyny in religion titled "Gospel". You can listen to it here: https://mniejszosc.com/gospel

#alternativemetal #metal #misogyny #religion

me: let's play the song with a simple guitar part
drummer: no, let's play the song with a simple drum part
the song with a simple drum part:

Looking for #vocal #microphone #advice.
I grew out of my #SM58 and need something more adjusted to my voice and singing style. I have to do extreme #EQ on the SM58 to get it to sound right for me. I sing close to the grille (metal drummer in the band). I run some #distortion on the vox live.
So, mic designed with a prominent bass cut, little proximity effect, tight pickup pattern. Anything else in similar price range that I should check out?

Dillemas of an artist stuck between genres.

Hey. Thanks for the warm welcome on the Fediverse! Today I wanted to share my second single with you. This one is more on the #alternativemetal / #postmetal side of things. You can tell I've listened to a lot of Katatonia when I was writing this :)
