Need a website for professional purpose.
Dont understand anything to &%@€ GDPR.
Put a cookie banner for everything and nothing in particular, just in case.
Try to do it a little bit more smartly.

@eruwero@ieji.de @david_chisnall@infosec.exchange hello, I use a lot of plugins or stuff that may collect some information : online store, newsletter, website connection, google analytics... and in addition all other softwares I use that collect data. It's not that simple to understand what plugins or services may collect data and what are their repercutions to the gpdr banner. Or to the gpdr document that I have to create, independantly from the cookies stuff. I posted for joke but honestly, when you lead a small company and have so much stuff to deal with, and using a bunch of different plugins and softwares... It's not that simple to be gpdr compliant. In my experience.

The problem is to take decisions with lack of time, lack ok experience, lack of information, and lack of money to recruit someone to do it for me. For example, putting off Google Analytics freaks me for the impact on SEO. It could ruin my business. 4 people win their life depending on my business, including myself. So finally I don't touch anything. Just to explain, in my experience, why so much people don't do it while it seems a good thing to do.
