ntfy.sh could be a dirt simple solution to your problem as it can be done via a HTTP POST request any CI could do and it sends to your phone as a notification

usually i don't perform large purchases using my card directly (usually is grocery shopping) and it's predictable so i have a 99.99% change it will go through without me panicing that i went over the limit
