Maritime Sunburst Lichen, Xanthoria Parietina. Spotted this one on a tree on my street. Unlike a lot of lichens, it is somewhat tolerant to air pollution, apparently. I took this using my new camera's focus stacking feature that take multiple photos at different focal lengths and then combines them, which meant I had to use a tripod. Taken on a Canon R7 with a 100mm macro lens. #lichens #lichen #macrophoto #lichenphoto #canoncanada #canonr7 #ShareCanGeo
