Jan-Willem Harmannij
Hi, I'm Jan-Willem (he/him), I'm Dutch, Christian, I enjoy programming, especially in #Java. I use #GNOME (member of the GNOME Foundation).
I regularly play the church #organ.
Also a #CoderDojo coach, once a month, teaching #Scratch.
I developed Java-GI, a Java language binding for GNOME. I maintain a #Gradle plugin to generate a #Flatpak dependency manifest. I also created #OpenQA tests for #AeonDesktop.
This is a personal account. Check my LinkedIn page for work-related info.
Last week another app was published on Flauhub that’s based on java-gi: Subsound, a GTK4/Adwaita music player for Subsonic-compatible streaming servers, with Navidrome as the primary target:

Really exciting to see people building real #GNOME applications with java-gi!
Tomorrow we have negative electricity prices again, between 12:45 and 15:45. Charging the car during that time will earn me roughly €2,-
