@alexjsp@mastodon.social Jesus this definitely sounds like an inside job, or there’s a very bad non-public Instagram exploit. Sorry that happened to you 🙁

@QasimRashid I have a clipping of this from my local newspaper at my parents’ house somewhere. I remember it being important at the time. Holds up great!

@viticci@mastodon.macstories.net would love to read a deep dive by @alex@mastodon.macstories.net on what it’s like to get an instance set up, keep it running, and how to mitigate scaling issues.

@quintessence@hachyderm.io @timbray@hachyderm.io @nova@hachyderm.io @timbray@mastodon.cloud good luck! 💪🤞

@film_girl well that was a fun few hours while all our CircleCI jobs absolutely exploded…

@Brant_Boehmann@mastodon.online @timbray@hachyderm.io I did it the other week, it’s pretty smooth. My only advice is to mute notifications while the migration is in progress, unless you want to see a separate notification for every one of your followers following your new account

@timbray@hachyderm.io @timbray@mastodon.cloud did you give the #hachyderm mods a heads up? They might need to scale up their hardware to handle your migration given the size of your follower count cc: @nova@hachyderm.io @quintessence@hachyderm.io
