@bagder@mastodon.social Think of all the poor hardware salespeople kids who need to eat ! When this Bacchanalia ends (it will), and after the hangover and after the mess ... it will not matter much saying 'I told you so' as a new feast will start and it just goes round n round ... apart from the global scale theft, climate damage I am trying hard to find some silver lining with all this but mostly keeping close to it to understand the threat.

@bagder in a few months time (yes new year's prediction) the industry will have a financial correction of indeterminate size ... after that it will be easier to reason with folks. As with any tech surge, there are a few things that are useful and a lot of speculation ... the scale (and speed) of all this is daunting mostly due to uncontrolled outcomes. Calm heads prevail.

When did large companies ever do the right thing - at anytime - for anything ? It is the responsibility of the individual to speak up before its too late to speak.
