Can anyone explain why Kamala Harris hasn't download my R package from CRAN yet? I understand she's on the campaign trail, but all she needs is an internet connection. Technical difficulties? #rstats

@Mehrad@fosstodon.org @rstats@a.gup.pe I've never heard of one. Would the idea be to run a function in the R console and then the TUI would take over the terminal in which R was running? Or would you want TUI elements to appear inline after the prompt?

@jennybryan@fosstodon.org this is great knowledge. Can we recorded it somewhere? Maybe somewhere in rstats.wtf ?

@jennybryan@fosstodon.org oh that's great! I did check, but I missed it because I was looking under "Installing R" rather than "Installing packages".
