The challenge Cristoph is that this not an "app".
It is basically a federation of individual servers (instances).
Each instance has it's own rules and guidelines. There is not a central powerful figure that controls discussions.
The answer for those folks that had such experience if probably to move to another instance.
For example, if you are the user of an instance that wants for focus on art, they may not like you posting about politics or religion.
Does that make sense?
