@independentpen@mas.to @FediTips@social.growyourown.services I just followed #FediTips just a small confusion and am not that much good at english but slowly I will sort these things out thanks for the support I didn't thought you all are very supportive. I was fed-up with meta and came here and because of this many complications I was going to uninstall it but @SallyStrange@eldritch.cafe helped me

No one in my developmental psych lectures talks about this: the grief of outgrowing someone. No fight. No villain. Just two people becoming different shapes. And you mourn them while they're still in your phone. Still "a friend." I don't think I've learned how to grieve someone who's still alive. I don't think anyone teaches you that. #grief #psychology #developmentalpsychology

I'm a BA Psychology student exploring the science of the human mind. I write about human behavior, emotions, relationships, and the patterns that shape our lives. My posts blend psychology with real-life observations and quiet truths. Always learning, always curious, and always looking beneath the surface. 📍kerala #introduction

the spotlight effect: you think everyone saw you trip, stutter, say the wrong thing. they didn't. research says we overestimate how much people notice us by almost 50%. everyone's too busy worrying about themselves. you're free. #psychology #minds #humans
