@AvonVilla @CosmicRami This should not be the case. Space exploration has brought us technologies that are key to fighting the climate catastrophe, like heat insulation, solar energy, LEDs and water purification systems. It's also important that, in a time where people seem more divided then ever before, we showcase that working together is key to reaching goals, not like in Apollos time, a race against an enemy. The mission hardware and crew showcase this very much.

@AvonVilla @CosmicRami ... What you seem to forget is that most of the technologies that we have today that help fighting the climate catastrophy are byproduct that got invented for a completely different purpose in the first place.

@omimesis@mastodon.social Ich hab versucht, mich rauszunehmen. Aus allem. Seit Januar. Hat nicht geklappt... Jetzt Reha genehmigt.

Bin gespannt was ihr in petto habt.

Igitt...

@SharpCheddarGoblin@kolektiva.social I'm just happy that that the little "drpg" python download script exists so I don't have to go through the download stuff pain again and again. Keeps everything local and updated while keeping old versions of PDFs. So nice...
