@toni@zug.network @futurebird@sauropods.win we obviously need more comprehensive computer education for everyone (and to kill everyone involved in the creation of the Chromebook) but also I think it's justified for a university professor to complain that they have to dedicate 1-2 of the 12 instructional weeks in a semester to things that had previously been common knowledge. There should be a level of familiarity with the subject that they can expect their students to have — calculus professors can expect their students to know algebra, chemistry professors what ions are, etc.
