I've declared war on DPD for posting a CN22 form on my Gift parcel while it was in transit that mis-stated it as a Sale of Goods, thus incurring an unnecessary handling fee.
It was actually just a spare VR tracker, not a headset, but their database couldn't handle that.
I intend to find out if the "Reason for Export" could and should have been labeled "Gift", and whether this information would have been transferred to that CN22 form, or if this company can't do it's one job properly.
