@amyworrall it looks beautiful, congratulations and may it have a long and happy life!

@craiggrannell@mastodon.social maybe the large version could double as a mankini?

@drdrang surely Apple could benefit from some more clarity when it comes to its philosophy toward hardware and software products (os + apps), there used to be an SVP of apps, Steve used to do a lot of UI reviews of apps, where does design live? Even though apple.com/apps exists it's not linked in the top or bottom navigation. Alan Kay's people who love software... philosophy seems to have been forgotten along the way. OKOK I will start a blog soon!

@dmoren I think it's worth noting that Excel 1.0 was on the Mac before the first Windows version 2.0. If it doesn't work well on the Mac, it's a choice of Microsoft. (Thankfully I I could wave goodbye when they ruined it with the 'ribbon'.)

@dmoren probably none now that we're at version 365. I feel sorry for people that have no choice but to put up with Microsoft products. Now all of the Copilot crap :) Maybe the web version has a better keyboard shortcut mapping.

@thisismyglasgow@mastodon.scot it's amazing how you can walk past a building like that many times and not really give it the attention it deserves. Incidentally maybe it was a GOON that managed to start that fire ;-)

@cmconseils@mastodon.social it's time to study some geography.
