@RobeeShepherd@mastodon.art I don’t mind which colour as black’s a colour that looks great on this album… I’m basically just venting at Warner for mysteriously cancelling the vinyl reissue they’d planned back in 2016/17, lol

Anyway, in the meantime, if you’re waiting like me and you can land a copy of either or both of these 2020s bootleg versions, they’re as nicely presented as anything this Estate might eventually come up with, in addition to sounding damn great to my ears…

In common with a fair few #Prince “fams”, I’m slightly baffled by the Estate’s apparent lack of interest in putting out a vinyl reissue of this one (surely, recreations of the white and peach promos from ‘94 have to be ridiculously obvious ideas for RSD releases? Sigh)

I rrreeaaaallllly need to re-acquaint myself more deeply with some of my “slow culture” interests, as it’s hardly like the “fast culture” is doing me much good at the minute
And on the subject of this release… those sticky inners strike again

@RobeeShepherd@mastodon.art Yeah, I used to play these heavily as if they were chart-toppers back in the 2010s 😂 Nice to see this era get some re-appreciation by the Estate
So, my track record with my #swimming so far this year is 10 swims in January, 13 in February, 16 in March, 13 in April, and three so far in May…
