been thinking of hosting my own AP server for a year or two, and finally today I run my own using tinyap. I didnt really want to self-host, but I don't understand why misskey and sharkey FE are unnecessarily heavy which hang on my 1-2 gigs free laptop (weird).
the other reason is simply I'd like to stress test and run some experiment with it, esp through API. I feel bad to experiment on someone else server.
so, yeah, enjoy while it last

@shwell1@aus.social have you heard or tried any peertube instance? there are platform like odysee as well.
but personally it never reach the audience I am targeting to, so I am still uploading vids to mainstream platform but use the rest as backup.

how do you use qwen 3.8 flash next, lain? like is it for all-in-one model for you? or you just delegate it only for implementation task?
the amount of params itself interest me, 125B-A6B. I tried 26B-A4B and 35B-A3B previously since my ram is not enough. but kinda looking forward to try qwen 3.8 flash next as well
