Yesterday, a little mistake— just clicking on the wrong button—prompted by idle curiosity, turned my website into a mess. :blobpats:
It took about six hours to undo the damage. 
It's not the same as it was, but I like it, and I think it's easier to navigate than before. :blobuwu:
Continuing with my attempts at digital drawing, here an illustration of my dogs as they explore the hedge at the end of the garden.
Quick reminder, one of my wishes for 2025 was to start drawing again. So
I've been playing with it, learning this -new to me- medium.
I'll post as I go.

IMO, when speaking of The Tombs of Atuan, it's always time for a re-read.
When I'm ready to start writing and the dogs start barking because there are crows in the garden.

My experience has been different to yours.
I've often experienced child-free people as more aware & willing to change their life styles to make the world more livable for future generations, while (again, in my experience) people with children often used them as excuses not to. From the "They need to see their grandparents twice a year," to "I have children I don't have time for that..." the sad truth is that selfishness likes excuses & finds them anywhere it can.

Have you read the last short story in the series, Firelight. It was published in the Paris review shortly before Le Guin's passing. It's also part of the compendium of the series illustrated by Charles Vess.
I mean, Le Gun has made me cry many times, but that one short story left a mark.
