Saw my first ever Northern Brown Argus butterfly today. A tiny jewel. When it flew away I saw its chocolate brown, orange-rimmed upper wings with a white dot in each forewing.
There’s nothing like the young green of spring birch.
Two new yellow wildflower species for me today: Trailing St John’s Wort and Dyer’s Broom.

I live in the north of Scotland but we had thick, misty cloud then rain. People did catch it further north before the weather front moved up the country.

@rolle@mementomori.social But it is annoying when someone reposts a dozen or so posts in quick succession, so your feed ends up being just them for a while. Especially when you're seeing the same posts two, three or four times, often from weeks ago. I have a particular person I follow in mind, should I tell them? I don't know them personally.

@ariaflame@masto.ai @nixCraft@mastodon.social My brother recently upgraded to the latest Windows and had AI forced on him. He deleted an enormous CoPilot file and got rid of it. His system doesn’t seem to have suffered. (
