A great article about predatory practices by UK universities.

A similar dynamic exist between PhD students and professors in a lot of unis worldwide, including well regarded ones.

Not sure on what basis anyone can come to a deal with the US gov. Since they don't exactly have a good reputation of adhering to deals.

Looks like DRDO has made some change as to how queries to its domain
is handled.
