@mekkaokereke At this point I honestly find it hilarious how much the NYT hates Mamdani. Every one of these headlines uses the stupidest imaginable pretzel logic trying to spin an obvious good into something problematic.

@tante I see Canonical is falling back to the usual "we promise we'll be the ones that do this right, we're careful and considerate!" line. Seems like they step on a rake like this every few years. Hopefully KDE Neon keeps this stuff out, I've really grown to like that distro.

@GossiTheDog was it Next.js?

@css @codepen What did that pineapple ever do to you?

@mhd@tilde.zone @jwz@mastodon.social Still a good analogy in some ways. "Look, we know cocaine-binges don't currently always produce masterpieces, and they have severe impacts on the mental health of the artists doing the binging, but in 12-18 months cocaine-binges will be creating all music, so we'd better just accept it."

@janl@narrativ.es Oh, hey, this is the person who made that dishwasher video that genuinely improved my life! Will have to check it out.
