A very enjoyable long run with a friend this Sunday along the Cotswold Way. Lovely weather for running and stunning views across the Severn Vale. A fair bit of climbing so not quick, but excellent. The furthest I have run this year so far and a bit of a prep run for my first 50 km at the end of May.

An enjoyable but grey run out this morning via the Gloucester to Sharpness Canal. It was a little humid but I took it steady today.

@peteorrall I have a Coros Pace 3 I bought second hand about a year ago and I have been impressed. GPS is good, if I run up the road on one side and down on the other it tracks that well. Battery life is good, I can easily get a week of activity tracking between charges. As someone else said, altitude is rubbish. I have all the phone connectivity turned off as I don't need it. At half the price of new, this was a great buy.
