@amuse@infosec.exchange Honestly, you could do it with proxy functions and not biometrics. Just check for screen time on social media, access to news sites, or any access to work email or chat functions. Bonus for on all customizations.

Full time remote isn't "well I have a laptop, so I can work from home", it is "everything I need to optimize my work is here, rather than somewhere else". That might be just a laptop, or it might be an isolated office with multiple monitors, nice desk and chair, etc. My remote office is nicer than anything any employer would ever provide (and for that matter, I have better amenities on site, but that's a separate matter).
