@janhorstmann@toot.io Our experience using the general Arab-Pers OCR model was that it didn't do so well on manuscripts from the 11th century but it was quite usable with printed editions of those manuscripts from the 1940s. We did, however, train our own layout detection model as we were only interested in the primary text of the editions. that way, we could filter the commentary

@felwert@mstdn.social Ich nutze home office in den tagen nachdem es mir wieder besser geht vorsorglich, damit ich nicht versehentlich andere anstecke. finde es also sinnvoll, home office in zusammenhang mit krankheit einzusetzen, natürlich nur, wenn ich in der lage bin zu arbeiten. vielleicht fehlt es an einer art das zu kommunizieren? etwas griffigeres als '... da ich gerade noch ansteckungsgefahr minimiere'?
