@Wormwood For OSINT tools I use https://whatsmyname.app if I have a username (Which you can often pull from an email address). It checks a bunch of websites (socials, forums, etc.) for where it's registered.
Also https://www.fastpeoplesearch.com works well for a free website, pools a bunch of info for names.
