Yes, and the harsh conditions are even more difficult. I think it's unimaginable to the human mind, and I'd add to that the psychological pressure that even children are subjected to because of the tents, the heat, the diseases, the rodents, and the deprivation of their most basic rights.
I advise Palestinian families to turn to e-learning instead of waiting for in-person education, which is pointless. I am a Palestinian mother who believes deeply in my children’s right to education, despite the harsh conditions we live in. We enrolled our children in learning points funded by UNICEF, hoping for a safe space and support—but the reality was disappointing, with a lack of even basic necessities.
Still, we accepted this, because education matters to us. But the real shock came when I was told my 13-year-old daughter would be denied entry simply because she does not wear a hijab.

@Gardenia@eldritch.cafe Did you know that without donkeys we wouldn't be able to move between areas and tent encampments? Due to the lack of diesel fuel for cars and other vehicles, donkeys are an alternative means of transport, and without them, getting around would be a problem.
