@crankylinuxuser Firefox tends to be very conservative about what it blocks by default to maintain compatibility with most websites. (You could also argue they have an interest in default settings that aren't private given how most of their revenue is a paycheck from Google)

Goodbye & The Sight: Two singles I made shortly after The Beginning. Goodbye is very Linkin Park-inspired, while The Sight was inspired by the lo-fi genre, which I still have very little exposure to. I like to think of these two songs as two sides of the same coin; one symbolizes an end, and the other symbolizes a new beginning. Also, Goodbye was the last song I made before discovering the wonder of double-tracked guitars. Of the two songs, I prefer The Sight, mostly because it sounds prettier to me and the production has aged better. Demos From 2021: When working on these songs, I had gotten into prog metal bands like Hungry Lights. I really wanted to make a big, ambitious instrumental metal concept album that would follow a story just like HL. However, I may have raised my expectations too far, and my high levels of self-criticism left me with a writer’s block that would severely reduce how much music I wrote for a long time. This EP also represents a software transition. Pastel Reservoir: This song was inspired by artists of the dark folk genre, such as Thurnin, Vishal Naidu, and Ulvesang. The song was a gift for my girlfriend, since when we first met we would listen to dark folk music while studying. Although I don’t think it’s nearly as good as what the above artists have made, I’m still fairly happy with the result, especially since this was my first attempt at making a song in this genre. Also, the cover art is supposed to be a pencil sketch of mac and cheese noodles, but depending on how you look at it, it may look more like poop.
