The switch to xwayland is not going well

On my testing with batocera games that used to work in wine perfectly fine are now exhibiting graphical texture bugs that result in broken textures flashing all over the screen

i tested batoceras new built in recorder and while it's decent it's still cpu heavy

it seems for my ryzen 5 2400ge at least it hit the cpu so hard the recording was like 12fps
