@ThistleArts@mastodon.art Some people on Fedi really talk like there’s no difference between small commerce and unbridled capitalism (specially of the tech companies where some of their day jobs are :oujotea:) that’s one of the things about the “culture” that sucks here and I’ll be glad to see it gone.
Honestly just dropped the show at episode 5 because that was SOME BULLSHIT. I peeked at episode 6 and saw that Lady was healed but that just made me even more certain I wouldn’t continue because you can’t fucking kill Keith David like that and expect me not to drop a show.
AND IT SUCKS because I was having a lot of fun with the fight scenes and music choices and I kept going “let them cook they can still fix this” about the writing but then the entire episode just gets undone to the point where the only lasting consequence of what happened there is that Dante and Lady had a 5 hour time window they got to fuck in. And a child got horribly traumatized. Hurrah.
I have notifications on for houses in my area and it's genuinely so funny how often the people putting up the ads miss a zero: Single bedroom apartment with barely more than 50 square meters that can be yours for 66... Lol naaaah are you stupid? 660 thousand of God's own Euros, take it or leave it.
