Listen I built this freight train of mental illness for me and me alone.

This PR allows the full server to run on an ESP32.
Since I'm adding simulated devices, it's probably time to actually fill out the Intiface Central docs so people know how to actually use things.

Working on getting a fix in for this now, but it's probably gonna be ~24 hours. Of course, I can't actually test any of this because apple refuses to run debug on any of my several iOS devices.
