prodockit - A docs-as-code workflow for professional and academic documentation
I did some tidying up after my last post and I've now create a new extension 'prodockit'.
prodockit is a family of extensions for Zensical needed for professional and academic documentation - the pieces a report, dissertation, or technical document commonly needs that Zensical doesn't provide out of the box: section cross-references, bibliography/citation handling, a glossary, and a Pandoc/WeasyPrint PDF pipeline for the downloadable, submittable document these usually need alongside the website itself.
Most of prodockit is Python-Markdown extensions, that are enabled in zensical.toml. prodockit.pdf is a command-line tool instead, since a PDF build pipeline isn't a Markdown syntax extension - no Python required, it reads the same zensical.toml too. In addition, there are a set of website macros to help use the features of prodockit.
It's a kit for professional documentation, built on Zensical's own Markdown and Pandoc/WeasyPrint PDF pipeline.
The GitHub Pages site is here:

And the PyPi page is here

I split off all the docmentation I am using with students and you will find lots of examples of the extensions in use:

As it's not being used outside my documentation, if you find any structural issues or better ideas for implementation, I'm open to suggestions. Please let me know if you're using it.
