@RichiH@chaos.social Hi Richard, are you on an IPv6 only instance? Or do you know anyone who is? IPv6 should be working for Fosstodon now, however we'd like to test federation for it from an IPv6-only instance.

Vacation over. Convention was awesome, met a ton of awesome folks both fellow convention goers and some of my favorite online personalities in the MtG sphere. Got tones of signatures on my playmat and on cards from amazing artists.
Definitely want to go again next year.
Magic con Vegas is Friday and I’m excited and super nervous all at the same time.
Flight and housing booked for Magic Con Las Vegas in three weeks.
When I get back from vacation I just mark all my emails read and start over. "Oh, sorry I was out and must have missed that one."

I'll be too busy meeting MtG artists, getting cards signed, and playing commander and draft.

I will say I'm having lots of success with friend groups on Signal. Several group chats for things like my local game shop, d&d, video games, and political activism running well.
Probably a generational thing.

@wizzwizz4 So the OAuth does not pull your email address by default, Mastodon's API endpoint used here does not fetch emails for user accounts. There's no way to remove the Gravatar integration without diving into the Fider code itself, but since you have to manually add your email address, Gravatar isn't getting anything.
Just change the pfp options in your accounts settings.
This game is so much fun.
Timeline cleanse.
HOLY SHIT THIS GOALIE IS AN ACTUAL GOD

Started watching Euphoria and I’m kind of obsessed now. Recommend.
On behalf of the rest of the (sane) American population, we beg our friends in the U.K. to please elect Captain Bin Face for the love of all that is good in the world.
My new music spirit animal is fantasy-themed, 70s-inspired metal bands.
If there's anything I learned over the MagicCon weekend, it's that the MtG community is wonderful. It was great seeing so many people from all over the place coming together for a shared love of a great game and just enjoy the moment and have fun.
