Or they needed to convince large companies that it was sooooo good that they better pony up. “You’ve never had coke this pure, not sure it’s safe to sell it to you.”

My hot take is that Anthropic’s claim that they are holding back the next model because it is (air quotes) “too good” at finding vulnerabilities… could this just be a Musk-like stock pump to cover, say, a failure to deliver on results?

My hot take comes from a cynicism of modern corporate systems. Up until (looks at calendar and watch) not long ago if a company had the next killer capability, they’d keep it secret until it was productized. Or weaponized.
I’m born of the Cold War where the boasts were hollow and the real capabilities were kept hidden. 😀

@mttaggart@infosec.exchange A product that I sell (I work for Portworx by Everpure) has Keycloak built in. It's certainly the Swiss army knife, as it supports local as well as external directories.
But then I have to keep IT updated as well :)

@apenwarr.ca I'm primarily interested in Tailscale (mostly for my mom and sister so I can fix their computers) and Mailcow which we use for our family domain. Putting an OIDC in front of Mailcow is probably overkill.

Since the only persons I need to add are Apple, I've created a new tailnet on Apple. but I don't see any way to use it other than Sign-in with Apple.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong...
