Today I got the PSF receipt email and I included the transaction id from it instead of PayPal's and the matching system recognized it.
I didn't know that they were different transaction IDs, but I'm glad that it worked in the end.

@Yhg1s I tried to submit a few minutes ago the information regarding my transaction ID, but it responded Internal Server Error
