Interview d’Avinash Meetoo sur l’Intelligence Artificielle : Retour sur mon passage à La Matinale de RM1 (MBC)
Ce mardi 24 février 2026, j'ai eu le plaisir de répondre à l'invitation d'Aashee Bacchoo au micro de La Matinale de RM1. Nos échanges ont porté sur l'intégration de l'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) à Maurice, explorant ses enjeux pour nos entreprises, le Gouvernement, notre système éducatif et l'ensemble de la population.
I greatly enjoyed my panel on "Leveraging on Artificial Intelligence and Circularity" during the Industry 5.0 Conference organized by Tan Chee-Peng and his Team Synthesis colleagues and the University of Technology.
The panel was chaired by Theesan Bahorun and the other panelists were Jane Koa Wing, Quentin Thorel and Eric Tailly. I got very positive feedback at the end and I am very happy to have been able to share some valuable nuggets of information with the audience. Thank you everyone.

Took many years and now it's done thanks to to Ala-lila Taxi by Logidis. Right now, all car rides are done with taxis working with Ala-lila and not private cars but this is better than nothing.
I've just tried the app for a ride from my place in Quatre-Bornes to Caudan in Port-Louis and, with the current 42% promotion, I am offered a normal taxi at Rs 318, a "comfort" taxi at Rs 535 and an "XL" taxi at Rs 752 (instead of Rs 1300).
