Re: Tim Cook stepping down; I worked with John Ternus (the new CEO) when I ran product launch failure analysis. I only remember positive interactions with Ternus. He seemed smart & fair.

Also, Overall, I think its long overdue to have an engineer running Apple rather than ops or marketing execs. Jobs was big on marketing, and Cook was big on ops and then later also "lobbying" and marketing.

Neither of them were engineers and it was apparent in how the company was run day to day for engineers

When I visited Santa Clara Square & Scott Blvd on Saturday, I went looking for the ancient, artesian Saratoga Creek that the City of Santa Clara buried & hid in abandoned orchard irrigation pipes in the 80s & now calls it "stormwater". I believe I found it here, "flowing" into San Tomas Creek near 101.

They're apparently using these mudflap things to conceal its a actively flowing creek -- not stormwater runoff.

This basically the aquifer version of some sort of crime against humanity.

I served a subpoena to Twitter for credit card info for "Beezie" - one of Apple's most notorious trolls (claiming a commercial speech exception due to the paid promo of harassing tweets).

Twitter is refusing to produce anything per their law firm, which is also the same firm as Apple's defense firm for my 2021 NLRB charges before the Beezie posts

I complained Twitter's firm could literally be Beezie - it could be a corporate card & I caught they're lawyers repeatedly harassing me & unions

I visited San Tomas Aquino/Saratoga Creek today next to Apple's skunkworks chip fab (at Scott Blvd in City of Santa Clara). The creek water was bubbling, frothy, discolored, filled w/ trash, & generally polluted again. I took more field tests w/ high pH, alkalinity, & TDS again.

Apple's "Face Gobbler" termination defense changed multiple times this year. First Apple said its a secret user study but then Apple's witness said its not a user study. Then Apple said UI is secret but then admitted its blurred. Then said the photos are what's secret.

Photos of my face & tattoos? I was fired for posting spyware photos taken of me in my home by some background process on my phone while I was complaining about retaliation & surveillance? That's apparently what they're going with

Apple insisted on deposing me again yesterday. I said I was sick but Apple said they didn't care. Then at depo, Apple insisted on cancelling it because I was sick. Now Apple claims it cannot reschedule until after discovery ends & says Apple's action was me violating a court order

Recently, Apple's been making statements in my retaliation lawsuit indicating a concealed defense where they may accuse me of making false complaints & essentially extorting Apple to fire me on purpose

It would be illogical based on the actual evidence in my case & it'd increase the punitive damages Apple owes me, but I can't stop thinking about how it could work in a case where the employee kept their mouth shut, didn't gather their own evidence, & let Apple claim the investigation was secret

I discovered something during my site visit to Apple's skunkworks fab yesterday. Apple's releasing silane gas (highly flammable & pyrophoric - ie enjoys igniting spontaneously & can explode) only 300 ft / 95 meters from the City's open air charcoal BBQ & bin for smoldering ashes.

California's groundwater well reporting system indicated the contaminated groundwater under the Synertek Superfund site and under Apple's secret chip fab was already migrating under the Santa Clara Square Apartments and after that was reported to the state & federal EPA with a request to investigate, they both stopped publishing groundwater test results and nothing has been published now since 2022. If there's a problem, only the gov can see it because the gov cut off public access to the data.

By mid-2021, Apple knew it almost killed me in 2020 by dumping toxic waste & gases into my apt from its secret chip fab

Do you guys remember when Apple HR+EHS went psycho in May 2021 & said they'd never answer any workplace safety qs again; then in July claimed the crack sealing at my Superfund office wasn't first time but wouldn't tell me where else they did it? Apple sealed gaps and cracks in the floor at the secret Chip Fab (3250 Scott Blvd) in May 2021.

This is a Santa Clara County land use map circa1954. Green is agricultural. Santa Clara was still the Valley of Heart's Delight through the 1960s and even 1970s -- until corporations + DOD marinated the farmland in TCE and other chip fab waste.

The Magistrate Judge in my retaliation litigation just granted Apple's motion asking to seal 17 entire public filings on the basis of Apple's unilateral confidentiality assertions that my whistleblower complaints are now secret per Apple sending a email & unsigned PDF in February 2026. As previously explained, all of the things Apple claims are secret are already public information, most were literally complaints in the lawsuit, and almost all are my complaints of unlawful conduct by Apple
