I feel a lot of myself in this, but as someone who never got into the code side of things, once CSS started to become popular, I checked out of making my dinky little crappy websites as it started to feel 'too hard' and I just wanted to go play video games against friends over the modem.
Dismayed to see an incident ticket hit an associated team for a json file having a missing } at the end.
Definitely feels like we have many many options for editing json that will merrily do big red scary things if the json isn't validating.
Anyway, now my colleague(s) have a straightforward shell one liner to quickly validate json files until the cows come home.
