I get it. Schools can't teach all the practical stuff when they've got new math and "the controversy" to teach. And parents can only be experts in so many things. So how do these little proto-people learn not to get into credit card debt and what a vpn is?

And would this be seen as a bad thing? I can already see parents with pitchforks "stop grooming my child" or whatever. But have you seen the average adult? That guy teaching the next generation how to be safe online would scare me shitless.

So here's the thing about being angry with the news media. They're a lost cause. I've stopped knee-jerking to "why aren't they covering..." and "this title is soft on...".

This feels like arguing the finer points of eugenics with a neo-nazi.

Fuck 'em. The only question I'm asking of the news media outlets at this point is "why aren't you dead yet?"
