The Islamic Emirate’s Path of Active Diplomacy

Successful nations of the contemporary world regulate their relationships based on realities and national interests. The modern world does not operate on slogans or emotional shouts. In this era, political acumen, economic necessities, and mutual benefits have become the primary benchmarks for relationships.
Afghanistan has traversed long wars and international pressures in this arena. Now, it is endeavoring to strengthen its diplomacy through a policy of active and astute engagement. The Islamic Emirate desires to bring Afghanistan out of political isolation and weave the threads of interaction and understanding with the world.
The delegation of diplomatic affairs from Kuwait to the Islamic Emirate demonstrates that the current political reality of Afghanistan is gradually becoming acceptable to the region and the world. Kuwait adheres to a balanced policy in the Gulf. Their recent action reveals that the region and the world increasingly feel the need to engage with the current system in Afghanistan.
The Islamic Emirate has spent years enduring political pressure, economic limitations, and extensive propaganda campaigns; yet, despite all these obstacles, it managed to keep the doors of interaction open with numerous countries worldwide. Afghanistan possesses a geography, location, and economic capacity that cannot be ignored by the region and the world.
This delegation of diplomatic affairs is indicative of the development of trust and engagement. These changes demonstrate that the world can no longer afford to isolate Afghanistan as it did in the past.
Most countries of the contemporary world now regulate their relations based on the lens of realities and shared interests. The world has come to understand that Afghanistan cannot be defined solely through the perspective of wars and crises. Therefore, its value as a key nation within the region increases day by day alongside the need for interaction and cooperation.
The Islamic Emirate must view this political advancement with a sense of grave responsibility. To this end, it should further activate its foreign policy. It should accelerate efforts toward economic stability and rationalize its interactions with the world.
Kuwait's action is also a message of encouragement to other Muslim countries, urging them to expand their interactions with Afghanistan; for this country now faces a political reality that necessitates engagement and interaction. If the Islamic Emirate can sustain this confidence-building process, more countries will likely come forward with increased interactions in the near future.
The world is changing, and Afghanistan is navigating a crucial phase of history within this evolving world. Regional alliances are assuming new forms, and economic necessities are reshaping political decisions. In such conditions, only an active and astute foreign policy can safeguard Afghanistan from isolation and propel it toward stability and regional credibility.

د نننۍ نړۍ بریالي هېوادونه خپلې اړیکې د واقعیتونو او ملي ګټو په اساس تنظیموي. معاصره نړۍ په شعارونو او احساساتي چغو نه ده روانه. دې عصر کې سیاسي پوهه، اقتصادي اړتیاوې او متقابلې ګټې د اړیکو اصلي معیارونه ګرځېدلي.
افغانستان په دې ډګر کې له اوږدو جګړو او نړیوالو فشارونو راتېر شو. اوس یې هڅه پیل کړې چې د فعال او هوښیار سیاست له لارې خپله ډيپلوماسي پیاوړې کړي. اسلامي امارت غواړي افغانستان له سیاسي انزوا راوباسي او له نړۍ سره یې د تعامل او تفاهم په تارونو وتړي.
د کویټ له لوري اسلامي امارت ته د سفارتي چارو سپارل ښيي، چې د افغانستان اوسنی سیاسي واقعیت سیمې او نړۍ ته ورو - ورو د منلو وړ ګرځي. کویټ په خلیج کې د متوازن سیاست پېرو دی. د دوی له دې تازه اقدامه جوتیږي، چې سیمه او نړۍ نور د افغانستان له اوسني نظام سره د تعامل اړتیا ډېره احساسوي.
اسلامي امارت کلونه عمر د سیاسي فشارونو، اقتصادي محدودیتونو او پراخو تبلیغاتي جګړو کې تېر کړ؛ اما د دې ټولو خنډونو باوجود هم بریالی شو، چې د نړۍ له ګڼو هېوادونو سره د تعامل دروازې پرانیستې وساتي. افغانستان هم داسې جغرافیه، موقعیت او اقتصادي ظرفیت لري، چې له پامه غورځول یې د سیمې او نړۍ لپاره اسانه خبره نه ده.
د داسې سفارتي چارو سپارل د باور او تعامل د پراختیا نښه ده. دا بدلونونه ښيي چې نړۍ نور نشي کولای افغانستان د تېر غوندې منزوي وساتي.
د اوسنۍ نړۍ ډېری هېوادونه خپلې اړیکې د واقعیتونو او ګډو ګټو لمخې تنظیموي. نړۍ اوس درک کړې چې افغانستان نور د جګړو او بحرانونو له زاویې نشي تعریفولی. له همدې امله سیمه کې د مهم هېواد په توګه ورسره د تعامل او همکاریو ارزښت ورځ تر بلې زیاتیږي.
اسلامي امارت ته پکار ده چې دغه سیاسي پرمختګ ته د لوی مسوولیت په سترګه وګوري. د دې لپاره دې خپل بهرنی سیاست لا نور فعال کړي. اقتصادي ثبات لپاره دې هلې - ځلې ګړندۍ او له نړۍ سره دې خپل تعامل معقول کړي.
