#Teachers and #educators leaving
education have hit absolute bottom. Folx in #HR and top cabinet: people leave
their #jobs when they feel unvalued, feel #harmed, #silenced, #tokenised, or find better opportunities. #BIPOC#retention will always be an issue without a #culture of #wellness, #safety, #accountability, #whitepeople educating themselves on #racism etc. #DEI #DEIBJL

Ya know what’s really cute about #whitepeople. They still be surprised racist crap happens to people like me. That’s adorable, y’all. Must be nice to live in #WhitePrivilege

I feel like I’ve stumbled onto an #Illuminati- level secret: this combination of #SourPatchKidsWatermelon AND #ChiliTamarindBites I found at #Costco. Omigosh I’m delirious with joy!!❤️ #iykyk

Just so glad to be over all the #toxicpositivity of the so-called #Thanksgiving weekend in the good old #unitedstatesofamerica… Puke puke puke.

Hi everybody. Thought a brief bio made sense with the millions of new members escaping another ‘verse. Welcome.
I’m an #Indian #expat,
mum, #educator, instructional
coach, #equityconsultant and public speaker on #diversity #equity #inclusion #belonging #justice #liberation #socialjustice. I’m savagely angry and sick and tired of all the -isms. #Racism is fucking exhausting. I shouldn’t have to sacrifice my #mentalhealth for my job. #bipocteacher ain’t a role for the faint of heart!!💔💔

#Community #pushback against #socialsciences is relentless and usually, ludicrous. We are mandated to teach #gender and this dad is screaming bloody murder that we are trying to #indoctrinate his son about where to put his ***ahem***. What the actual heck?! #socialjustice #DEI #AFFIRMIDENTITIES #inclusion #belonging
